I am really bad at taking compliments. I just don’t know what to say. I want to be modest, so I say, no, no. But then they reassure me. I don’t want to come off as one of those teenagers who can’t accept that they’re good at something and think their life sucks. Because that’s not true. I have a good life. I am happy. I am happy. But I want to be able to accept compliments, yet remain modest.
