I haven’t been losing any wieght. I was 126 and now I’m 128.
But at the same time, I’ve been doing a lot of situps and pushups.
My stomachs a little bit flatter now, and my arms are much firmer. I’m guessing I’ve been gaining some muscle.
Hopefully it will help me in the long run and increase my metabolism.

I had a bunch of gladware containers on hand and had a bunch of left overs. So I made Japanese bento lunches.
It was kinda fun. I put some rice into all of them, and tried to make sure it was colorful. I’m gonna have to go grocery shopping soon so I have food for next week.
I need to invest into some of those mini silcon cups so I can divide stuff up better, some tin foil and saran wrap.
I ended up with 5 some bentos.
bento 1#: tamale bento with a homemade tamale on top of white rice drizzeled in tomato sauce. Fresh carrots, and cooked veggies on the side.
bento 2#: Left over bento. Chicken rice, half a roll with a few slices of pepperoni in it. A butter packet. Sliced baby carrots. Sauteed baby corn and butter beans with green onion and garlic.
left over hamburger hash.
bento 3#: pork bean soup over white rice with some wheat crackers.
bento 4#: white rice topped with flaked salmon from a pouch, cooked potatoes and carrots with crackers on this side.
bento 5#: Pepperoni bento. The other half of the roll sliced in half with a butter packet. Whole baby carrots, and diced pepperoni with green onion mixed in with the rice.
Actually sounds semi-appetizing.

my weight has stabilize to 127 for now.
I’m gonna have to watch what I eat even more carefully now. I had to temporarily quit karate because I need to bring up my chemistry grade. This sucks.

Got on the scale this morning
SW: 132
CW: 126
GW: 117
My jeans fit a little better but not much, they changed in fit after I lived with my cousin for 2 months. She liked to wash and dry EVERYTHING on hot. She probabaly shrunk them some. I never wash on hot so my clothes last longer (finding jeans that fit right is hard!).
I guess I’m just over 1/3 there. I don’t mind the meal sizes as much now, I think I’m getting used to it.
Breakfast:
beef tamale with tomato sauce. Wild green salad with oil and vinegar. Some pita chips, vitamin, water.
size tamale:smaller than my hand.
size salad: over half my plate.
Lunch was crap. They didn’t have half the stuff they said they were supposed to have. Infact, it looked like they were about ready to close up and they had an hour left.
Lunch: (cafeteria)
glob of boiled carrots, and peas.
two small glasses of orange juice.
glob of tortellini with hot sauce (no marinara avaiable, wtf?)
a few dead fries.
Everything else was rather unhealthy and the salad there was dead. In fact, I mostly lost my appetite. The lunch lady was trying to convince some guy to eat the last of the nachos but he didn’t want them (I guess the nachoes are about to go bad). I’m starting to think the food program here is getting hard up. It had happened before.
For a private school the food sure does suck.

Tuesday is my official crazy day as I have nearly 12 hours of class straight and almost no time to eat
breakfast: water, vitamin
lunch: half container of ramen noodles, glass of cranberry
dinner: other half of the ramen, slice of cheese cake
snack: pita chips and hummus again
Didn’t really plan it to be that way. tommarrow I’ll eat better to make up for it.

Today was a particularly healthy day. My mom visited because her husband had to come up here for a doctor’s appointment. So we ate out.
Breakfast: I got some teriyaki salmon with rice and streamed broccoli. Water to drink.
Lunch: The same, just the second half. Glass of cranberry
Dinner: salsa and wheat crackers, baked pita chips and hummus with green onions.

Still no soda.
Went food shoping today. Picked up some jasmin tea, borwn rice, veggies, fish balls, and various other things. Most of the food is fresh produce. And my bill ended up cheaper than normal. Yay~
Breakfast: didn’t have time.
Lunch:
Made some hummus, and dipped some baked pita chips in it.
Made fish balls, with veggies, noodles and low sodium soy sauce.
glass of cranberry juice.
I’m surprised I filled up on that actually…

It’s magical day 7.
Well maybe it’s not so magical.
I couldn’t sleep last night, my brain was going on and on about chemistry and equations for no reason, and I couldn’t wake myself up to get out of that cycle. I was also abnormally hot too. Woke up went to class and developed a killer migraine. I almost never get them, so something is out of whack. Didn’t have time for a early breakfast. So I’m having breakfast now. I think it’s helping my headache some. I usually eat to see if it gets better before medicating.
Breakfast: 2 glasses of water
yogurt with granola, strawberries, blueberries and raisens.
size: 2 handfuls. I ate only one handful though.
cheese stick, vitamin
The migraine was enough to make me queasy, yogurt seemed like the only good option.
Lunch: (Cafeteria, of course they lied on the menu again)
glob of baked chicken. Glob sweet potato fries with marinara. Glob of steamed broccoli. Couple bites of corn cake. Small wild green salad, no dressing. Drink, glass of O.J.
Seems like everything was sweet today. I think they put some cinnamon and sugar on the fries. I think they’re fine by themselves. Salad tasted like crap, nothing was crisp.
Dinner:
small personal pizza with meat and veggies.
water, and a kit kat. I can’t remember the last time I had chocolate. Anywho, it’s my treat :)

I can’t believe it’s almost been a week!
I got two tests today. After today, I might start going to the gym and using the weights (i love weights) or run (I hate running).
When I did run, I had my cd player (which is bulky and a pain).
I don’t have an mp3 player, so maybe I can ask for one for christmas. I’ve way over due for one, everyone else seems to have one too.
Breakfast:
water, vitamin. Granola bar.
Did my pushup program today, and situps. Now my arms feel like jello. I dunno why, but wanted to do pushups more today than situps. Weird.
Need to go grocery shopping soon too..
Lunch: Cafeteria
Glob of french fries. Marinara to dip them in.
one flour taco, with meat, sourcream, salsa and lettuce.
three hot wings, no skin.
1 1/2 small glasses of cranberry juice.
Dinner:
one small tamale; size: glob.
wiith cheese and taco sauce.
2 glasses of orange juice
Did weights about about an hour
Also did racket ball for an hour. I’m beat.
