Identifying some things im anxious about 3 years ago

Caitlin said I should write down things I worry about or things that show my anxiety. I can’t think of many things at the moment but I’ll add more as I remember.

I always lock the car door when I’m inside, even if I’m in a friends car.

I always follow the rules, I’m scared of doing anything wrong. (most of the time anyway)

I’m Terrified of heights. won’t even go on ferris wheels.

Won’t go on any rides that go upside down

I always wear my seatbelt. I hate it when people start the car and I dont have it on. I hate it and it really bothers me when other people don’t wear their seatbelts.

When I’m in a car I get paranoid at everything. I always think we’re going to crash and i watch every car very closely. And i dont even drive

deep water. I’m not a very good swimmer

I used to be really afraid of fire and that the house would burn down

bees, I used to have nightmares about bee’s all the time. (im not so afraid of them now)

I get really anxious before I do anything out of the ordinary, eg. going on camps, exercusions

I do alot of running and I often get nervous before my races and often throw up beforehand and sometimes afterwoulds as well

crowded places make me uncomfotable and I’m scared of losing the people im with in the crowd
