Lately I’ve been making Basil chicken pesto pasta or if I don’t have any chicken I use bacon as a substitute. When I’m home alone I sometimes make chicken parmigiana for lunch with pasta salad. I made apple pie for the first time a few weeks ago and it was fantastic. I tried chicken Caesar salad a few times but it’s way too much effort to get all the ingredients together. I’ve been planning to make beef stroganoff for a while but nobody else in my family ever seems very excited by the idea. I also made a quiche for myself the other week when I was home alone, I like quiche but you can only eat a little bit before you start to feel sick. I found it really surprising that is been almost a year and a half since I last wrote an entry towards this goal. I don’t cook dinner as often anymore, my brother usually does it but I’m starting to try a lot of new things when I’m home alone and just cooking for myself. I want to make zucchini slice because my friends mum makes it and it is soooo good. It’s been ages since I’ve achieved a goal so I hope to achieve this soon.

I made Japanese pork schnitzel last night again. Next week I’m going to make chicken Parmigiana again then satay chicken and then something new then I think I might tick this goal off. I also made a quiche the other day for French class and I might try making that some nights for dinner.
So last week I tried this Japanese pork schnitzel we made at school. It was really gross when I made it at home. My mum liked it but she might have just been saying that. I also tried to make this chicken pasta thing a while ago which was alright. I’m going to make satay chicken this week I think and try something new next week. I’m recipe searching at the moment.
To complete this goal I am setting myself the task of making a new meal each week for the next 5 weeks starting on Monday. I’m looking up new recipes at the moment.
Well I tried to cook chicken Parmagana the other night for dinner because they always make it at work and it looks really good. It was a bit of a disaster coz it took me ages and all the crums fell of the chicken but it still tasted good. I’m not going to tick this meal off yet though coz I want to make a few new meals yet…
I have to cook dinner once a week and I’m always stuck cooking the same 2 meals, beef stir fry or satay chicken. I’m really bored of these meals and I want to broaden my skills. I think I’m going to try to make chicken pamagana, or honey chicken. I’m going to look for recipes on the net.
