I’ve been doing pretty good the past few days. I’ve been going to bed early and getting up early. I’ve been getting up around 7, no later than 8 in the morning. That’s a lot better than Noon! Progress, I love progress. :D

I need to go to bed right now! I feel like a little kid, “I’m not tired, honest!”

But really I am. And I could be getting more sleep than I have been. I’m going to do better.
I think I got about six and a half hours last night. I wanted to sleep longer, but couldn’t stay in bed for some reason. Hopefully I’ll get my 8 hours tonight.
I’ve actually been going to bed earlier and getting a decent amount of sleep the past few days. I hope I keep this up. I have a lot of sleep debt to catch up on.
I slept for about 8 hours. I went to bed at 6:00 in the morning though.. :P Got to work on going to bed earlier.
So why do I feel so damn tired? I think it’s sleep debt. Right now, I think I need to focus on getting up before noon. :P There’s something about morning sunshine that does my body good. I’m going to try. I’m such a night owl though..
