I’ve gained weight again. But that’s ok. I’m not beating myself up for it, and I’m not giving up. I know I can do this. I’m learning to take better care of myself.

For the past week and a half or so, I’ve been eating very healthy and staying away from bad sugar. I did make vegan chocolate peanut butter fudgie things this past week, but I forgive myself for that because it Was my time of month, and the recipe only had 3 ingredients: dark chocolate (which has a little sugar), peanut butter, and maple syrup. My god, it was delicious. I’m sorry I ate so much though. But other than that, I’ve been doing very good. Been eating a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. I’m planning on going vegan again for the most part, simply because my body likes it.
I really need to work on my emotional eating. Also need to deal with the fact that I’m a sugar junkie.
I’m using the sparkpeople website to help me. 265 lbs. sucks. Wish me luck.
