I just need to do it everyday. I need it everyday to keep my sanity. I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I’m always tense, even if I don’t look like it. I also have Attention Deficit Disorder. So..
I’ve been trying to do Transcendental Meditation for the past few days. It’s been helpful. I will poke around and try to find other types of meditation.
