So even though I’m 9 months pregnant and can barely walk (let alone bend over), I’m going to try starting this up again. Not saying I’m going to be doing anything risky, though! I have a prenatal yoga book that really lets you ease into things. I’ll just keep using my common sense. I think it will really help with the discomfort, and then I intend to continue with the postpartum routine. That, plus walking with the baby and my older son (plus the breastfeeding) will hopefully help me ease back into shape by another month or two. And then eventually I plan on starting to run again (miss that runner’s high!). Yoga + running = yay! (lots of energy and less depression. gotta love it.)

...it takes 21 days to create or break a habit. So hopefully it’ll only take me a month to accomplish this.
