I am terribly saddened, because the only time he’ll be anywhere near where I could conceivably go, I can’t go anywhere. A friend of mine is going to pick up a copy of Anansi Boys and get it signed for me - which excites me beyond all reason - but this is the second near-miss of Neil Gaiman I’ve had!
It makes me really sad. Maybe someday soon I’ll get a chance to be where he is at the same time, not before or after.
