I took a 2-hour (I think?) beginner’s rock climbing class in Yosemite when I was there on a family vacation about 6 years ago. I loved it to death, and I subsequently decided to do the indoor climbing at the environment camp I attended the very next year and the theme park (for which I paid a nominal five dollars).
I have taken a fancy to attaching carabiners to my backpack and using them as keychains as a constant reminder: DO THIS.
I begin planning tomorrow.
