After 5-6 weeks I’ve decided that veganism isn’t for me. I’ve read a lot of books about nutrition and have been careful about what I should eat plenty of and have done yet I was still feeling so, so tired and as a result decided to go back to being a vegetarian again and I feel a lot better for it. Sorry & good luck to you all. :) I may try it again in future but I’m glad I stuck it out for as long as I did. :)

It’s been 12 days since I went Vegan and I’ve honestly found it a lost easier than what I thought I would. I’m sleeping like a baby at night but thats because the first week I was so tired. I’ve been more thirsty now as well so I’m drinking more water also. I must say it’s a good thing I like baked potatos, beans and peanut butter. So far I haven’t lost a single pound in weight tho. :(
