Joined Freecycle in my town

So far I haven’t posted anything yet, but I do have a bunch of things I want to get rid of. Some N64 games, clothes, and a wallet. If I don’t freecycle them they’re going on Craigslist under the free section.

Two steps closer

Tonight I’m going to tackle my storage closet in the bathroom. I’m donating everything that I don’t need, and throwing out the rest of it.

I just called some of my girlfriends, and asked them if they wanted some makeup from my kit that I haven’t used for a while, or at all even. I told them I’d sanitize and clean everything, and I think it’s better to give the makeup to girls that may need it rather than throw it away. (They aren’t accepted as donations)

Goodbye body washes, shampoo, lotions, etc.

I’ll miss them, but I think I’ll love my empty bathroom closet even more. I have tons and tons of shampoos (for dry hair, limp hair, curly hair, volume, etc.) that I’ve collected over the years. (I change my hairstyle a lot) Not to mention all of the lotions I’ve hoarded, telling myself that I’ll use them one day. When I get home I’m dumping everything that I haven’t used in the last 4 months. I think I may still hold onto my styling products because they can be very expensive, and I will most likely use them again. Everything else is out though.

I just threw out every magazine in my house that isn’t from March or April (got them in the mail already). My bedside table looks so amazingly clutter free now. I like it.
