Every Michaelmas we have stubble-goose except this year we had lobsters that my dad found in a box behind the store. My grandma always bakes that goose but I think it would be good to deep fry one cajun style. We did that for Thanksgiving with a turkey and my uncle did it one time with a porcupine. It is so good and a stubble-goose would be good too.
