"It's been two and a half weeks," he said,

“but I’m not complaining, mind you.”

“I know,” I said.

[pregnant pause]

“Soon.”

[wicked giggle]

“Yes, Mistress.”

I will be truthful, after 5 days of delectable, flesh-to-flesh contact, up close exploration of the heart, the mind, and body, I have been hard pressed to return to the insufficience, pallor, of the virtual realm. In fact, until a couple of days ago, Ms had literally refused to unpack her bags (a glaring metaphor for unpacking of experience?). But yesterday morning, I sent My servant a note permitting release, nay, commanding it. And today, hard pressed has made way for hard pressing, as he will serve Me again in this way, and tomorrow as well, a triumverate orgasm to send him on his way into the weekend, the week, the fortnight, and O/our continuing adventure.

Take that, DSB.:)

The psyche, the heart, and desire

share a flow of energy that feeds each with dimensions of the others, creating a whole that is much greater than any single force alone. This is especially evident in submissives, for whom this holistic flow drives their service at its best. Think of these centers as chakras: the third eye (intellect, spiritual enlightenment); heart (love, emotion); and in male submissives the sacral or cock chakra, or cockra.

There is, however, a condition, known to U/us as DSB, in which that flow is interrupted, stemmed, at a point of exit, the cockra, dimming power and quality of the other faculties. The results of this damming range from lack of focus and mindfulness to irrational, self-serving acts, and even acting-out behavior.

This condition is not permanent, nor is it chronic, and it is treatable. Treatment can be as simple as physical release, which serves as a temporary cure, allowing the energy to flow freely once again, restoring clarity, mindfulness, and balance in the submissive. However, a Dominant can also use conditioning to promote clarity and mindfulness in the absence of the cure. “Tug Therapy” is one method for promoting mindfulness in the face of DSB, the unfortunate by-product of which is apparently a temporary increase in DSB and related symptoms. There are other ways, though, of reversing the effects, involving negative reinforcement, withholding of desired outcomes, and other Pavlovian techniques. Regardless of the means, it is important for a servant to learn that he can live with DSB, and function normally in the absence of relief, release. Not only that he can, but that he will. In fact, he must. Mindfulness is key in all things, even when conditions are not optimal, and especially then.
