Ate pretty decently today, considering; also went swimming again for half an hour

Ate lots of pizza, custard and soda. Not the best way to take the weight off. I did swim for half and hour, but it should be more swim and less eating fatty foods. Going to try and be more diligent about recording info on this very important goal.
I am still watching Fit Day, actually paying attention to what I eat, and have lost about 4-5 pounds so far. Still plenty of time to reach the target goal by the end of the year and I still feel pretty committed to this goal.
Still doing fitday.com and that’s been good. I’m going to try and drink more water and cut out carbonated drinks this week. Realized on Sat. how many wasted calories are used up by drinking soda and would rather save it up for food.
I matched last week’s goal with the help of Fitday.com (which really is an amazing site). This next week, I’m going to start active.com’s triathalon training program. This was a great way to prepare for one of my major goals for last year, and this year I want to one up it for an Olympic tri. Plus, I hope it’ll help me to follow through on this goal. So, the goals for this week, start training program and continue to write down my cals.
This week, I’d like to take a first step of counting all the calories consumed.
