Round 2 - Week One

I did both Pilates and Yoga this week, each twice. I feel great. I may consider taking a yoga class. I’ve always done yoga from DVDs, but I’d like to check to see that I’m doing all the moves correctly. I feel great, so hopefully that means I am!



Oops.

Ok, so I failed at my first attempt. In my defense, I did do pilates…but it’s not the same. So I think I’ll try to start up my program again next week. I’m getting stiff in my old age.
