It’s ridiculous that our health insurance is linked to our jobs. We’re the only Western country that doesn’t have some form of govt-run health program. I’ve lived in England and New Zealand and used the health system in both countries and it’s great. I paid about 1/10th of what I would pay here and the docs were fantastic. They cared more about “preventative medicine” than “here’s a pill – feel better.” Gutted I still have to get health insurance…
