There is a significant progress when I am eating healthy. Although there are days I fail on my schedule, later I can pick it up, and it is a great feeling. 14,14,10,10,17

It is important during the challenge not to do other workouts that include the muscles you need to do a pushup ( it affected my schedule badly ), but the result is awesome, when you think “I can’t do any more” and yet you are able to do three more :)
