Sometimes i’m disciplined, sometimes I’m really not. today I am not, and i mean really not. how do you go from identifying what i want to be to actually be those things. I’m afraid that i’m way too much of a dreamer, and that i will never wake up…

where to start? 3 years ago

After some consideration on my part, I have decided that this goal is probably one of the most important on my list. being disciplined is going to affect every part of my life and will allow me to do some of the things on my list. for example, losing weight is just a matter of being disciplined, going to the gym and eating right… there is no other solution.

i think that i’m going to take baby steps. first i’m going to make daily lists- nothing too fancy or complicated- just a few items that i really want to get done that day. i’m going to try to write down everything that i do so i can look back on my day and improve certain areas. there is nothing more telling than what is on paper.
My goal for today is to clean my apartment- get rid of all the junk i have been holding onto, and sorting out priority items. This is the only thing i have on my list for today and hopefully my new found discipline is going to carry me through.
