Slowly make the transition over to my new name.

Last week I changed over another credit card and I contacted my financial adviser and we changed over my ROTH IRA and mutual fund accounts. Plus, I took my ex husband off it and made my kids the beneficiaries :)

Getting there! I think I have 3 more cards left and my students loan and I think I’m done with the name change. Most of these things just take time which I am short of often (plus I’m piss poor at time management). Maybe another goal…

So I FINALLY have my new driver’s license :) My new picture just shows how happy I am to be “me” again. One of my credit cards has been changed, my debit card, my new fingerprint card, and all of my mortgage and bank papers. Whew!

Just a few more and it will be more complete. It makes me smile every time I see my “new” old name.

So I have my new (but old really) card with my maiden name but I need to find time to make it to the DMV to get my new driver’s license. Why aren’t these places opened on the weekend…oh yeah…government ran place…oye.

I’m transferring back over to my maiden name. It’s taking me forever though, yeesh…
