I don't think this was a good one for me! 3 years ago

Keeping track of everything I put into my mouth did not work for me. It made me eat less! And I need to eat more. I thought that if I saw on paper how little I was eating it would help me eat more, but it didn’t work that way. So I am done with this goal. Now that I am not recording all of my eating I am eating more (not necasarily better). So ya… that’s my story!

2:30p choc chip cookie and some spinach leaves

3:30p 2 special k bars

7:00p NOTHING (I wanted to stop and get a Jamocha shake….but I stopeed myself and used control. Proud Flirt?)

9:00p 2 slices of pizza from The Pie (So freakin good!! We got it with sundried tomatos, green olives, and black olives. It was delish!!!)

3:00p Jamocha shake! (SO yummy again!)
6:00p 2 more cookies
9:00p mini chicken fajitas (from work)

Most of it was JUNK though.. :)

10:30a 1&1/2 bowls of cereal
1:30p spinach leaves
2:30p Jamocha shake & 3 little choc chip cookie
7:00p 1/2 of a dessert at work
10:00p 1/2 a salad & 2 slices of pizza (it was yummy. it was spinach, carmalized onions, sun dried tomatos and eggplant! YUMMY)

So that was my day! :) :)

4:30p grande Java Chip & toffee bar (Starbucks)
9:30p pasta and bread (with nabil!!! at one of my fave places in SLC)
11:30p (right now) a choc chip cookie

2:00p Cold Stone!! (My favorite!)
4:30p Hotdog & potato salad & Corn on the cob
8:00p scone

My internet hasn’t been working the past couple days so I haven’t been able to keep this updated. So here is a quick re-cap…..

Fri 5/26
12:45p spinach salad (but I took a vitamin that made me sick so I “lost” the whole meal, GROSS)
4:30p 2 special k bars
10:30p Marshmallow Shake (so yummy)

Sat 5/27
1:00p 2 special k bars
3:00p cup of Tortilla soup from work
8:00p tortilla with melted cheese (also from work)

Sun 5/28 TODAY!! I did a bit better!
11:30a 1/2 grapefruit & a bowl of cereal
3:00p 2 rolls & a mini salad
7:30p 1/2 of a desert at work (I split with a guy I work with)
11:30p pudding!

Ta-da, we are all caught up!

I ate much more today. My mom has been worried so she insisted on taking me to lunch! It was delicious!! I had too much crap though again today.

11:00am 1/2 grapefruit and a Special K Bar
1:30pm chicken salad from Cafe Rio
5:30pm 2 rolls and icecream with a cupcake (I was at a reception I had to eat their desert!)
11:30pm slice of pineapple and TOO MANY chips!

I did a little better today! Ate more than the past two days. Plus I went super shopping today. I bought myself good healthy food that I know I will enjoy eating. Hopefully that will help me eat a little more!

But here is today’s feast…

11:00am Blueberry Bagel
5:00pm Sliced Mushrooms w/ Raspberry Vinaigrette, 5 Kettle Chips, and a Blueberry Special K bar
8:30pm 1/2 order of nachos from work! (Last day I will be eating something like that! But yum, they were good!)
