buy a car

A couple months ago I took over my little brother’s car while he is away for the military. He will get back in a couple months and then it is his car again. I really need to figure something out between now and then. I don’t see how not having a car can be an option. I need to be able to get to and from school, I need to be able to get groceries, I need to get to work, I need to get errands done… I need a car. Once lil bro gets home, I am going to be in a sad spot.
My issue is how to get a loan for a car. Even if I can figure out how to afford a car payment, I don’t know how I am going to be able to convince a credit union to give me the loan. Ugh!!
I am so tired of being stressed out about things that shouldn’t be that big of a deal. Everyone manages to have a car, everyone manages to pay rent and all that jazz… why is it so hard for me? I just keep reminding myself that it will all be better when I finish school. Then I can be a normal adult, not an adult who seems like a teenager.

...A nice, newer (ya know, last 10 years) car in good shape, running fantastically, low milage, maybe even cute that someone is trying to sell for… oh, for lets say about… $1000? Would ya?

No? Thats what I thought. Funny I can’t seem to find that anywhere! :) haha!! Gosh it would be nice though!! :(

Randi needs to buy a car soon so she can start focusing her money on other things, like a place to live and needed items for a baby! I want to just buy a cheap but reliable car flat out, I don’t want a loan and a car payment. But ugh! I’m gonna be 30 before I will have enough for one. Frustrating!

this one happens soon!! The car I drive has just about had it, bless its heart. Plus nabil and I (please no one freak out here!!!) have been discussing me moving out there. If that ends up happening I really will need a better car. So I have my little eyes peeled for good deals! :)

Yesterday sucked! Due to things that are not really my fault, getting a car is not going to be easy for me. I realized yesterday that I am going to have to pay more a month than I wanted to and I am going to have to get a much older car than I wanted to. :( Huge bummer. But it looks like it is going to have to be that way! SAD!! Still trying to figure out exactly what to do though.

And I am feeling a little discouraged. I am just realizing that this is going to be a BIG ordeal and I want to just do it NOW!! I hate having to wait for “tomorrow”. But that’s what I’ve got to do. Maybe tomorrow!

My car died back in November. So since then I have taken over driving rights to my Mom’s spare car. But it isn’t MY car and it doesn’t have much life left in it. I need to get me my own car again, one where I don’t have to feel guilty if I drive it too much or anything. So I think the goal is to buy my own car by the end of June! :)
