Bye Bye Baby Weight! 14 months ago

I now have officially lost all baby fat from my two pregnancies. I weigh about what I did when I was 20! hip Hip hooray! I really need to continue going to the gym (I’m not great about it) and I need to start eating better. Now weight isn’t an issue. Now I just need to focus on being in shape.



I bought a gym membership this past week. 20 months ago

I don’t feel like I need to lose 10-15 lbs anymore, but maybe 5. I just want to be in shape and to be nice and toned. So wish me luck and motivation to get myself to that gym at least 3 times a week. Lucky for me, the gym is half a block away and open 24/7. So I am able to just walk over once Hudson has gone to sleep for the night.

So I think I’m losing weight. While that is a happy thing. It is causing my pants not to really fit right and that is SO annoying. It would be fine if I could go out and buy all new clothes tomorrow, but seeing that I can’t, it is super bothersome!!

I’m not eating a whole lot. But I do need to be careful about what it is I do eat.
I need to cut out soda! I have cut it down, but I should just stop drinking it all together. But oh! sometimes a cold Dr. Pepper just screams to me!
Then exercise. I need to add it to my day. I went jogging the other night, but that is really my first exercise since Hudson was born.
So with a little work and sacrifice I can have a smokin bod once again. HAHA!! Just kidding!

This isn’t happening for a while!! :) And I’m sure by the time it applies again it will need to be much more than 10 pounds!!

I need to actually weigh myself 3 years ago

So that I can find out if going to the gym is helping the “weight issue” (not a real issue, just a little nothing that I am worrying about). So I should try to remember to weigh myself tomorrow, so that I can have a starting weight. Then I will weigh myself again in a month and see what we’ve accomplished!

....I think I may be gaining, not really losing. EEKS!!! All I eat is crap. I need to stop. I live off of soda, chips, ice cream, and cookies. Brother, I need to stop!!

But I don’t think I am any lighter. I haven’t really been eating much lately and when I do eat, I try to have it be healthy or low in fat. So maybe that is doing something, but I can’t really tell.
In two weeks I go to Santa Barbara for 14 days. I am going to play at the beach A LOT. Which means (AAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!) I will be in a bikini, A LOT! Eeek! In an ideal, perfect world, it would be great if I could lose 5 pounds and get a little bit more in shape and get like 20 times tanner before I go out there. Think it can happen?? Yeah, me neither! Oh well. A girl can dream! :)

I have not lost one single solitary pound. Again that is probably cuz I have done absolutely nothing about it. Oh well! Nabil thinks I am sexy and attractive, what else matters? :)

...if I didn’t eat Cold Stone ice cream like EVERY day. I freaking LOVE ice cream, especially Cold Stone and I am not kidding you that I eat it at least every other day. That is pathetic! But it is SO good!! I need to start watching what i eat and start working out or else I am going to become a blimp!!! Blimp…not such a good thing!
