Upping the ante — 2 months ago
Instead of aiming for once a week, I’m trying to do half an hour following my weekday workouts. I managed this Wednesday, Friday and today, but I’m wondering if I should find a shorter tape so I can complete it. The one I have now is 70 minutes long and I’m not currently able to do the full tape (and the meditation at the end). It’s certainly still beneficial, but feels a bit cut off. (Recommendations welcome – I’m curious about the one Chaos did.)
