I’ve been so busy with it that I haven’t had time to update here. 3 weeks ago I closed on 4.6 acres! The house is old and decrepit, as is the barn, but it’s mine! We’ve been working hard on it and I’m thrilled!

We are going to look at a couple of more places this weekend. Wish us luck.

We found a good place. Put an offer in and someone beat us to it. It is a short sale and only one offer at a time can go to the bank. So I have to wait and see what the bank says.

Dad was here this weekend and we drove all around looking at property. Have a couple of others in mind.

We’ve looked at several places and even made offers on one that were turned down. It’s been a month or more as we got burned out. Now we’re back on the hunt. Have 4 places we are going to try to look at this weekend.

I’m 30 years old and have horses. I spend a fortune on rent every month and need to put this into real estate. You’d think this is the time to shop, but I have been unsuccessful to date.
