build a barn

and a call into a contractor to discuss prices.

And it has a barn of sorts on it, but that’s not good enough. I have a lot of ideas for what I want in it, and I don’t know how they will all fit in, so need to work all of that out.

I’d like:

• drive through for the horse trailer to park in.
• hay storage
• air conditioned section that will hold 2 14×14 stalls w/a removable wall and a tack room.
• a tool room
• room to park the equipment (lawn mower, rhino, spreader etc.)

That’s a tall order for one barn. I’d also like to do it for under $5,000. hahaha. OK, not really, but nice thought.
