haha. As if we didn’t all know that. I didn’t go overboard, but certainly wasn’t eating too healthy.

But the last month I’ve really started slipping. And now it’s holidays. Holidays aren’t just bad because of the big meals, but because of all of the junk food around. Gifts from clients and vendors. Candy, cookies, snack mixes. Cakes, breads… uck. And I have a hard time saying no.
that my eating is overly healthy at the moment, but the stress of the last two weeks has shrunk me out of my 6’s. They are too big for me. So, now I’m not worried about fat and calories. I’m eating what I want.
I went to the South Beach mode and it helped tremendously. As I don’t weigh myself I don’t know how much I’ve lost, but from size 10 to 6. I have been slacking off, so need to get firm about this again.
I have lost weight, went shopping last night for new work clothes as mine are all too big. Looked good in a swim suit on my cruise last weekend. Gotta like it.
but I couldn’t help it. This morning I wanted food. I had 9, yes 9 Bagle Bites for breakfast, with a diet Pepsi. I’ve lost weight, it is obvious, so I was entitled. Back to being good.
I think all protien tastes the same at this point. I’m completely sick of it. However I looked decent trying on swim suits the other night, so I’m trying to stick to it.
I have been doing a rather good job of sticking to my new diet. It has been hard as I am sick to death of chicken and vegitables. But the results are showing already. So it is motivation.
I’ve started (unoficially) the South Beach diet. Supposed to loose 12-17 pounds in the first two weeks. Strict on the types of foods you can eat the first two weeks. Yesterday I ate cheese, chicken breast, peas, ham, green beans, homemade chicken cordon blue, and peanut butter. Today so far I have had 14 cashews and 1 sugar free peppermint. We’ll see if I can tough it out.
