Where is a good place

I have a vague idea how to do this. Does anyone know a good place? It needs to be somewhere warm so I do not freeze while I try. It also needs to be somewhere where I am allowed to do it. Having lots of trout to tickle would be good too. Someone who knows how would be nice, but I am willing to give it a go without.
