Have read Matthew, mark, luke, john and acts now. Im moving onto romans. I think if you make it a daily habit to read from the bible, the more answers you will find and the more you will want to read

Ive just started reading Daniel!!It is amazing how God gave Daniel the ability to interpret Nebechenezzars Dream and also how he saved those 3 men from the fiery furnace. Daniel is truly inspiring, for some of you, you may think its irrelevant as you ask yourself “when would i be asked to interpret someone’s dream?.Obviously you wouldn’t be on this website if you didn’t have goals and dreams, and by using Daniels example, we can keep pressing on towards our goals knowing that nothing is impossible for God who helps us achieve what we desire according to his will.
Each day this week, ive been reading one chapter from Nehemiah. For those of you, who feel ordinary, and small, like you’re useless and don’t know what to do with your life….this book is definetly an inspiring read. Within each chapter, i found at least one verse that really hit me. Its made me believe, that God can really use me to accomplish seemingly “impossible tasks”!!
Last Night i was reading this book, called “The Guilt-free guide to spiritual eating” it was awesome and it showed me a good method to read, study and apply the bible.
Our “Spiritual hunger” can be satisfied in the following way:
R – Read through the part that you have assigned yourself, by also having a conversation with God
S – Skip anything you don’t understand
V – Keep in mind verses that pop out at you, or mean something to you – memorize it or do whateva you wish with it,
P – Write it on a card or something, pray and ask God how you can apply the verse throughout the day.
The author, suggests treating each book of the bible like a plate of food, which contains a variety of food, some of which you may not like eg veges, and some of which you may like. However at the end of the day, you are so hungry that your aim is to finish the whole plate and enjoy every moment of it.
TODAY : I decided to read Nehemiah, and read Nehemiah 1 today. I also kept verse 11 in mind, and it has actually clarified a few things for me. Yesterday, i was feeling like “what does God want me to do with my present position?” And today, God reminded me of Nehemiahs prayer for indication of what to do in his situation, so i followed Nehemiahs example, prayed and found some answers.
