I’m ready to write an entry about this goal. My husband & I want to take a salsa class together, but it keeps getting put off for one good reason or another.
However, I now have a Latin dance DVD! The idea is to use it for regular cardio exercise through the winter; this DVD is focused more on burning calories than on teaching dance steps. But I know I’ll learn a lot in the process.
The only challenge now is to move our TV/DVD player from our room out into the living room, so that I have more floor space & can exercise without disturbing my husband. I’m hoping we can get it done this weekend—I’ve moved the goal up higher on my list as a reminder.
Should be fun!
