I’ve been spending way too much time sitting around feeling sorry for myself and becoming more and more depressed. Generally when I’m out and about doing things I don’t feel as bad, so I’m determined to fill up my time and stop the devil finding work for my idle hands. I’ve signed up for dance classes on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and there’s social dances at the weekends, and I’m making more of an effort to get out with my friends. No more sitting around feeling sorry for myself :)
