Watercolor artist. Bought a couple of his at an arts and crafts show near my home. This one is of Camel’s Hump mountain which is just to the east of here, maybe 30 minutes drive. I bought a similar painting of Mt. Mansfield a couple of years ago.

Or Darn Tough Vermont as they’re also known. Got a couple pair for Christmas and they are amazing. Seriously comfortable around the house, but I took them out for a run today and they felt really nice. Glad I have them!

Everything they make they make locally and they put a lot of hard-work and attention to what they do. If you ever get a chance to visit their shops or online catalogues, you will drool.

They have so many nice beds available. I especially like the Champlain Wave bed.

The local Farmer’s Market had an Eddie’s energy booth. There were delicious samples to try and I had to grab one of his bars to get me through the morning (Cranberry Almond). Btw, it’s outstanding!

Working at the library today I had a need to step out for a bit of java and was told that the local Farmer’s Market had cups for $1. So, I walked around to the back of the library and lo and behold there was a singer playing tunes on her acoustic under a tent (btw, it is windy and rainy – not easy to deal with when one is trying to be musical, I would think). And I thought, what amazing talent and she’s playing a farmer’s market for about a dozen people. She’s good – really good.

and so many great products are available out there with limited recognition and limited exposure. I’m always happy to spread the word when I hear a good band, see some great artwork, or find a great product by a small outfit. They deserve it!
