to hanging this framed print in the hallway. I bought it at an antique store in Brattleboro a year ago this month. If ever there was an image that depicts bliss, I think this one does it. ...and there’s nothing wrong with a little bliss in life, is there?
Sorry, not the greatest photo, but’s it’s hard to get the right angle and lighting for this particular artwork. But I think it looks great to the naked eye…
is a beautiful array of colors and I have some ideas about projects I want to do with the different colors of leaves I see now. I would want to combine them with bright sky blues and images of wisps of breezes against an interesting backdrop – of a lake/pond, buildings and fences.
This is the image that got me thinking of this.

this postcard reproduction at the Mt. Washington Hotel and loved it. (This is a c. 1926 image) I’ve yet to see the hotel all lit up at night with a beautiful full moon shining down, but I will some day. For now, my inspiration is to frame this!
