They say as of July 11..that number of homes is down and the good ones are going fast. Plus that the investors are coming in to start buying more now. Sounds good!

Afraid to Try... 18 months ago

Things are so bad where I live…I am just feeling not worth to even try..so putting it off until first of the year. Just heard ares is up 11 percent from last month and almost sold 900 homes last month. Sounds good to me..but really is bad here. At least I am thinking there might be a chance next year. People here talk how nobody for 1 year even looks at their home!..thats frightenting.
