I found my Booklet should have been put into use Jan 1, 2008, but I never was told. I found it on the Internet! Then the bad part… they had my name spelled wrong. Ouch! bottom line I hope the Booklet is being used and closer to final publishing..and I do want my name fixed… I hate my name being spelled wrong.
