Hi All, As the weight comes off..so goes the waist! I lost another 1/2 inch! I mostly am just eating right and I do walk every day, and I don’t walk fast..just walk.

I still walk everyday, and I don’t walk fast. I think it is more important to just move. I also added 3 very simple exercises each day.
I am walking still about 80 min a day, and my weight went down a new 1.25 lbs. That will make the waist change sometime..and it is!
I just finished a Challenge of 100 miles walking..which I did walk and then also counted 20 min of any activity as a mile. I did 100 miles in 13 days! I can see my shape changing, and the tape measure went down a little! Whoopee ..it all makes a difference!
I measured on Sat and nothing..but I have changed so much did it again on Sunday and it showed up. It is so hard to measure my Apple shape. All this walking is making a difference. Just chipping away at it!
This week I lost 3.5 pounds! A 1/2 inch lost showed up in waist Woo Hoo! Now 46 1/2 Inches
My weight went down and I have been walking more. I also try to hold my muscles in; rather than just let my stomach hang as it will.
Sat morning is measurment day. Ok, the tape moved! That is ok with me.
I have not even gotten the tape measure out to see where I am at. WHY? I know ..way too big.. when I feel and see it! The weight is coming off, and I am walking. A difference is in the works!
