and I feel great! It’s been about 1 year and 6 months since I walked into the gym which I pay for (duuuu what a waste of money if I don’t go). I finally got fed up and said I need to go at least 3 days a week, but when I got there I found a bare ( I mean very few people) and great equipment. It’s right here at work, and there is no reason I don’t go to the gym. My short term goal is to go to the gym at least 3 days a week, until it becomes routine. It’s a fact that the gyms make money off people who don’t go, why not go and make them work for the money we pay them.
I just got a pedometer (counts steps) and I’m setting a goal of 10k steps a day, which means walking a whole lot more than I do now (4k steps a day).
