I finally got motivated and cleaned it out. Alot of it was message board updates from Nanowrimo, and other board posting from other websites I am participating in.
Some of them were forwards from friends.
Nevertheless, I went throught them, read them and pitched the ones that were no longer needed.
Sigh! Finally done!
I am planning on moving my computer to a more relaxing and productive place. Such as my antique desk in my living room, instead of my Kitchen counter. I think that I am doing less at my computer at times, due to the odd angle I have to sit while on a bar stool when I am at my computer. I liked having my computer at my kitchen counter, as it was nice to look out over my living room and see the TV.
But I realize now that since it is uncomfortable, I tend to put things off such as organizing and going through my email. I am not even working on my novel much anymore beause of it.
I will just have to see if the change in placement of my computer will improve anything.
but I am catching up. I had 1204 new emails and I have deleted 587 of things that I really don’t have to review.
Stuff from freecycle and a bible study. It just got out of hand that I had to just delete it without looking at it. I will probably think about changing how I am get updates.I have gotten rid of my twitter updates of new followers too.
Now I have forwards and other things that I have to really review before I delete. I have 617 pieces to go through. I am at least getting on top of it.
