i want to be a pastry chef…im really good at it AND i love to do it..when im dying to try a recipe i typically make something and give it away and have a slice there..
my grandma taught me to bake so im old fashioned…i use butter in all it’s fatty goodness and splenda and such turns me off..
but lately i’ve been cutting back on sugar, though it seems to be replaced with fried foods…help
