In highschool, i always thought people who married their highschool sweethearts were doomed. That is, until i met my highschool sweetheart. Now im willing to do anything to be with her, which is difficult when you’re in the navy. But, im going to save my money (see goal #4) so i can afford a nice ring when i propose to her, and the wedding of her dreams! Also, it will make the transition from single sailor to newlywed civilian a little easier, being able to afford a good downpayment on a house and two decent cars. Besides, i’ve learned its no fun spending money on myself, i cant enjoy it when theres this person in the back of my mind saying “wouldnt you enjoy it a lot more with Kayla?”
