Get a book published

I’m thrilled to say that I am writing another chapter in my book. I’m so excited about this because I have been at a standstill for a while with the last chapter, but now words seems to be flowing from me again which makes me happy!

I thought I would add an update to this goal since it will most likely be a goal of mine for awhile. I am still writing my novel that I’ve been working on for about a year now. I love the way it is evolving. Sometimes I feel like not writing, but then I sit at the computer and words just spill from my mind and then all of a sudden I have a page and a half written. I love it. I love my story and everyday I get more and more excited for the day that I can go to a bookstore and see MY book on the shelf for other people to read.

Writing has been a passion of mine since I was in second grade writing stories about teddy bears and princesses. These days, I write more serious stories—ones of life, love and mystery. It is a dream of mine to have a book get published and out on shelves by the time I am twenty-five. I have six years to go, so I am still alright; However, it would be amazing to get two done in that time. =] But I will be just fine if I reach my realistic goal of getting ONE published.
