Okay… here’s the first test: accountability. Guys – help keep me accountable okay? Right, I’m aiming for around 9 hours of sleep a night which means I need to be hitting the sack around 10ish at night and getting up at 7am (Lets start with the weekdays for now)....
Sunday Night: around 11ish – 7.30am… tisk tisk no good! I’m hoping tonight will go better… ahhhh!!
Okay okay… I am doing better!! Went to bed at 10 but by 2am I was up and wandering – pacing my bedroom floor! Managed to get some more shut eye and didn’t jump out of bed at 7am but was not far behind… made it to work exactly on time so this is good… but…
GOAL REVISION – To be early everywhere I go!
Monday Night – around 10ish – 7.15am… slight improvement!
Tuesday Night – around 10ish – 7.30am… not good BUT I slept the whole night through without pacing the carpet or counting digital numbers!!!
Wednesday Night – around 12ish – 7.45am… but made it to work on time by some miracle! Nowhere near ideal but at least I only woke up 2 in the night…
