A pretty good family drama, slow in some places, well acted all around, but not the heartwarming holiday comedy they are selling in the trailers.

Wasn’t so keen on this. The hubs liked it better.

I liked this better than I expected, thanks to Sandra Bullock. Completely implausible. Pretty scenery.

Robert Downey, Jr.’s performance makes this well worth watching in spite of some over theatrical moments that director Attenborough admits to regretting in the extras.

I will pay to see Bill Nighy do just about anything. Okay, with the exception of hiding behind a squid-face suit. I am so not up for the Pirates of the Caribbean sequels. This is funny, raunchy, and has heart.

See John Cusack do crazy stunts! Check your brain at the door, laugh a lot, have a great time.

Forgive the actors, all they ever saw was a green screen.

Silly fun. Nice role reversal for Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau.

A little slow here and there but very much worth it if you want a scare. Though you may never have the same relationship with your bedroom door again.

Horrible. Predictable. We walked out of the theater after 45 minutes, but since we paid for it, I think I should get to count it.
