I’m pretty good at this. You forget how good fruits and veggies are. I try to have fruit as mid-morning and/or afternoon snacks.

This helps. My apricot tree was quite generous this year.
I try to bring fruit to work and keep it on my desk so it is the handy snack food instead of chocolate I’d have to walk to the convenience store to get.
