get my asthma completely under control

Working in an animal shelter - made me sick - so I resigned and I start to work at a homeless shelter in December. Sad to leave the Humane Society but at the same time VERY excited about the possibilities at my new job! This really was the only way to get my ashtma completely under control! Proud that I actually took the steps of self-care … usually I am in denial and put myself last on the list.

Learned a lot about my asthma and have some hope for the future. I am so frustrated … spent 2 weeks of the last six in the hospital. Need to get it under control …

I am so tired of being sick with asthma. I want desperately to get this under control. I just spent four days in the hospital and do not want to go back.

People have no idea how serious it is – with the exception of my family because they see me during the attacks. I need to meet with my ‘amazing Dr.’ on August 16th and get this under control.

I feel like I am 90 years old … I want to be more energetic and do normal stuff.
