Tom Cruise at his best, I reckon. I simply cannot stand him in other movies. I think it’s because I love his ex-wife, Nicole Kidman. So sue me!

Renee Zellweger held her own very well and oh my goodness I simply love Jonathan Lipnicki who acted as her son.

The most memorable phrase in the entire movie, ‘You got me at hello’. Darn that was good!

A kid flick, that was my initial thought. And based on that, we decided to catch it, knowing how much I love children movie.

But man, I shouldn’t have. The movie is interesting but a little slow. I found myself having to fight to stay awake in the first part. Forgive me, it was after a long day at work. I thought it would have been entertaining, but was sorely disappointed. However, the storyline was very structured and I found it interesting that Mimzy, the AI bunny from the future, when examined bears an INTEL logo.

I wonder, does it mean then that INTEL is in the midst of doing something like Mimzy? If they are, I want that bunny too!!

I thought this was a really predictable movie. I sort of guessed who Jennifer Garner’s character would end up with. But hey it provided some good laughs.

Eric says Jennifer Garner is gorgeous… I don’t see it. I just don’t! I find that she has an irregular shaped face and her body is weirdly proportioned. Is that just me?

Rowan Atkinson….
I cannot believe how people can actually laugh at his borderline annoying stupidity. He is such a smart guy in real life.. I’m glad for him that he has decided to hang up his Mr Bean’s boots.

I don’t know what made me go catch this in the cinema… I would be better off taking it out from the rental. If only I knew! Darn… I want my money back!!

Jennifer Anniston is hoT!!
And Kevin Costner was full on charming. But Shirley MacLaine stole the show as the grandma that just refuses to be called ‘Grandma’.

I kind of liked how the story went.. even though I was a little ‘ewWww’ at the fact that Beau Burroughs(played by Costner) slept with three generations of women from the same family. How Jennifer Anniston’s character slept with him, knowing full well that her grandma and her mother before her has done it with him too.. I will never understand.

But what made the movie stand out for me is the fact that… the males in this show (except for the womanizer, Beau) all have the amazing ability to forgive and love the women in their lives.

I like the condition that Mark Ruffalo’s character gave to Jen’s character before he took her back.. ‘Never let our daughter go near Beau Burroughs’. That was hilarious. :)

Oh mi goodness.. I cannot get the image of Jack Black clenching his wide behind out of my head!! I was mildly disgusted and very amused when he did it.

Somehow.. I just still cannot see myself liking Jack Black as an actor. He kind of grosses me out… tremendously. But because Eric wanted to catch it.. I just tagged along.

Adam Sandler at his best. I have always been a huge fan of Adam Sandler after I first watched Big daddy, ages ago.

In this film, he surpassed himself. I cried, laughed and overall just enjoyed myself thoroughly at the movies. To top it off, Kate Beckinsale was super dee duper pretty as well.

A must watch for every movie goer. Thumbs up to the producers.

haha… yes yes.. I am a chick flick kind of girl. Poor Eric.. always having to go catch these boring chick flicks.

Well.. sue me.. I want to watch a movie that relaxes me.. that doesn’t require much brain power. Call me shallow and whatever mean names..but I just enjoy them much much more than those introspective, deep, meaningful shows.. lol

And in this show.. Lindsay Lohan was gorgeous.. and so is that blue eyed.. hunk acting opposite her.

Ok ok.. I must confess this is the second movie in a row.. that I watched with Eric at the movies.. and fell asleep..

I don’t know.. I might have been really tired.. or it may have been the comfy chair and freezing cold air cond. Or it just might be the storyline.. I actually woke up midway through the film.. and seeing that it still has some ways to go before it finishes, I went back to sleep. I believe I broke my record of falling asleep at the movies!!! lol.. what a complete waste of money

Jennifer Anniston.

I have always liked her… but I always still remember her as the rich kid in Friends. Somehow cannot pull her out from her role as Rachel.

Overall very good storyline.. poignant and bittersweet. I am always a sucker for happy endings.. and this doesn’t really rank high in my movie rating.. cause of the ending!! Boo HooOOo!! but then again.. it is called the Break up.. so that should mean something!!
