so i’ve beening working out 3-4 times a week, drinking 8 eight ounces of water a day, drinking no soda, and watching what i eat, for over a month. people say that i look like i’ve lost weight but i’ve only lost 5 lbs. and i want to lose 30!! it seems like my body is just saying NO to me.
