Last week I did 295lbs. I took a shot at 301, and almost had it, but I think my legs were baked. 265 was my previous best, so I did 275 which was easy, then 285 which was also pretty easy. Then I did 295. Going to try 301 again when I’m rested and recovered.

Recently squatted 265lbs. I’m still not at a true max. Last Friday I did 30 reps at 238lbs in sets of 4/3/2. I should have no trouble doing 275 right now, maybe 280/285. Making 315 by the end of the year should be no problem, if I don’t get called in for surgery.
