16/06/08 It is working great. I have bought ‘Insight meditation’ and I am using it every morning as the breath meditation is barely half an hour long. When I don’t meditate, I am missing it. It keeps me cool and stop me acting as an headless chicken: always useful!

I think it would help me.
06/05/08 It definitively helps. I go weird if I haven’t my half an hour every morning. Am still prone to fits of ‘agressive thinking’ but hope that ‘Mind over Mood’ will deal with it.
