I am not really doing things.
No work outs.
No meditations.
No proper meals on time.



11 May 2010

1. Eat regular healthy meals= not doing
2. Sleeping regularly -from 11 pm to 6 am 7 hours(must)= not doing
3. Read good novels= not doing
4. Eat more proteins no oil at all=not doing
5. Drink 1 litres of water in morning and evening= not doing
6. Start Doing Yoga morning 6 to 7=not doing
7. Start exercise routine anything!=not doing
8. Stop deep/random thinking= “Jo Bhagwam ki marzi wahi meri marzi” = not doing
9. Deal with my anger issues=??
10. Watch 1 good movie with friend once a week= suggest a good movie not doing
11. Make a list of happy thoughts and go through it in morning and before sleep pray n thank God= W not doing

Eat more proteins no oil at all= not eating oil ..but neither proteins.
Drink 1 litres of water in morning and evening= ok
Start Doing Yoga= Wake me up please :(
Start exercise routine anything!= postponed for 2 weeks
Stop deep/random thinking= doin it “Jo Bhagwam ki marzi wahi meri marzi”
Deal with my anger issues= :(( getting angry
Watch 1 good movie with friend once a week= POWs cribb
Make a list of happy thoughts and go through it in morning and before sleep pray n thank God= I need a paper and pen. Not doing it tomorrow pakka pakka.

  3. Read good novels= I got “Zahir”
  4. Eat more proteins no oil at all= hmmmmm
  5. Drink 1 litres of water in morning and evening=
  6. Start Doing Yoga= Will start morning 6 or evening 7
  7. Start exercise routine anything!= confused a run may be????
  8. Stop deep/random thinking= “Jo Bhagwam ki marzi wahi meri marzi”
  9. Deal with my anger issues=??
  10. Watch 1 good movie with friend once a week= suggest a good movie
  11. Make a list of happy thoughts and go through it in morning and before sleep pray n thank God= Will carry a pen and book to note down one when ever one comes in my mind
